V-LEDS / ImportMeet.com End of Summer Car Show – September 22nd, 2012

On September 22nd 2012, ImportMeet.com will be joining forces with V-LEDS to host a car show and celebrate the grand opening of V-LEDS' retail location in Bellingham, WA. All makes, models, and styles of import, European, and domestic cars are welcome at the show. The show will be held from 5pm – 9pm at V-LEDS warehouse/retail location. This car show is FREE to the public and you are only required to pay if you want to reserve a spot in the show.

El Tapatio will have their taco truck present and they will be selling various types of Mexican food. NOS Energy Drink is providing FREE energy drinks for the event.

Project LSX-7 will be unveiled at this event!

There are approximately 60 indoor spots available for car show participants. Outdoor car show parking around the facility will be filled until capacity is reached. $15.00 will reserve a spot in the indoor section of the show for ImportMeet.com members. $10.00 will reserve a spot in the outdoor section of the show for ImportMeet.com members. If you're not a member on our site, the price is $17.50 for an indoor and $12.50 for an outdoor spot. It's completely FREE to become a member on ImportMeet.com and you can register here if you haven't already to save $2.50. If you wait and register the day of the show, it will be $20 cash for an indoor spots or $15 for an outdoor spot (if available).

Facebook People's Choice (Uploaded photos will be uploaded to Facebook and most "Likes" wins award)
Best of Show

All awards will be judged by competitors in the show with the exception of the Facebook People's Choice and Best Lighting. Facebook People's Choice will be awarded to the car with the most number of "Likes" on their photo on Facebook. The photos will be uploaded a week prior to the show so make sure to register early so you have your photo on Facebook. Best Lighting will be judged by V-LEDS at the end of the show.

Car Show Rules:

1. The show will happen rain or shine.

2. All registrations are final. No refunds will be given.

3. Registrations are not transferable to another person or vehicle.

4. Only registered sponsors are able to advertise at the show. You will be asked to leave if you attempt to market your business without pre-approval.

5. If you sign up for an indoor spot you will need to arrive with less than 1/4 of a tank of gas. This will be checked and you will not be allowed to enter. There may be other requirements the day of the event.

6. Indoor car show participants will not be allowed to leave before the end of the show.

7. These rules or new rules can be modified at any time.

Pre-Registration:

You must be 18 years of age or older register for this event.

In consideration of accepting this entry, I, and any of my passengers, intending to be legally bound, do hereby for my heirs and my executors, administrators, and/or myself waive and release any and all rights and claims or damages I may accrue against the persons and organizations affiliated with this event, and release ImportMeet.com, V-LEDS, NOS Energy Drink, and any member of the show staff or volunteer, for any and all injuries and or property damage that may be suffered by me, my passengers, or my property, as a result of participating in this event, including driving to and from such event, participation in the event, and parking at, near, or for the event.
