On September 12, 2015 DriftCon Afterdark returns to Evergreen Speedway in Monroe, WA! This event combines two of our best events (DriftCon and Afterdark) into a final event to end the car show season in the NW. All makes, models, and styles of cars are welcome at this event.

Great 80 awards will be determined by the registered car show competitors with the exception of the Top 8 awards listed below. Top 8 cars are not able to win any of the awards listed above. Awards are structured so that competitors are only allowed to win one award. If a competitor wins an award, they will not be able to win a lower category. For example, if someone wins Best Import they are not able to win a Best Make award. Best Stance and Best Lighting awards are the only awards not considered in this structure.

3/8 Tandem Competition

Individuals will battle it out in tandem competition at DriftCon Afterdark for a large purse in a similar format to EVD Pro-Am round 3.

Tandem Mayhem:

Requested by multiple drifters, Tandem Mayhem is all about having a fun way to end the season in the NW. We will have multiple mini-competitions (parking, best wall ride, best tandem train, etc.) that will be announced closer to the event. These mini-competitions will be strictly for bragging rights and small prizes from sponsors.

Hoon-Off Competition

We’re looking for a select group of high horsepower cars that are willing to destroy a set of tires in our Hoon-Off competition at DriftCon Afterdark!

This competition is open to ALL makes and models of cars – even domestics. We’re looking for cars with at least 350 horsepower.

Event Layout

Event Rules

1. DriftCon Afterdark will happen rain or shine.
2. The Great 80 Car Show is based on approval only. If your car is not selected for the show you will be notified via email and moved to VIP parking.
3. All registrations are final. No refunds will be given.
4. Registrations are not transferable to another person or vehicle.
5. Cars in the Great 80 Car Show must remain parked until after the awards have been presented (around 10:00pm).
6. Only registered motor vehicles will be allowed to compete in the car show.
7. Only registered vendors or sponsors are able to advertise at DriftCon Afterdark. You will be asked to leave if you attempt to market your business without pre-approval.
8. These rules and new rules can be modified at any time.
