Featured Video: Start of the Skyline Legend

Have you ever wondered where the Skyline model originated? Back in 1964 Prince Motor Company debuted their modified Skyline GT sedans at the Japan Grand Prix at Sazuka. This video explains the importance of the race and shows a restored version of one of the Skylines that competed against Porsche 48 years ago. Even though a Skyline didn't take first place, they did take 2nd through 6th which was a huge accomplishment for a Japanese automaker.

"1964 was the moment Japanese motorization began. Nissan always led the initiative with motorsports. I was so happy. It was my dream, and I wanted to enter Nissan." – Toshiyuki Shiga – Nissan's Chief Operating Officer

Featured Video: Epic Toyota GT 86/Scion FR-S/Subaru BRZ Video Review

Here's an excellent video review of the new Toyota GT 86 (Scion FR-S/Subaru BRZ in America) by Nino Karotta out of Europe (Hungary?). It's extremely well done with great footage and editing by OMG Visuals. The music ties into the video perfectly and Nino's commentary is spot on. This is by far the best video review I've seen describing the car and the quality reminds me of something from Top Gear.

Make sure to Like Nino's Facebook page as I'm sure he will continue to produce these great video reviews.

Now I really want to test drive an FR-S…

Featured Video: Keep Drifting Fun

This is one of the best drifting videos/documentaries ever produced from the guys at Keep Drifting Fun. It was shot in 2010 as the team traveled across the US interviewing pro and amateur drifters about what the sport meant to them. It's extremely well done and I highly recommend watching the entire video. Make sure to also like their page on Facebook.

Featured Video: Formula Drift Round 1 – 1KIND Studio

Out of all of the current Formula Drift Long Beach coverage, this video stood out and caught my attention. It was produced by ONEK1ND Studios out of Los Angeles, California. The shots of the crowd and track workers matched the music incredibly well. Bookmark their Vimeo page as I'm sure these guys will continue to produce quality content.

The founder of Forged Performance in Marietta, Georgia recently had the opportunity of racing one of the rarest supercars on the planet around Road Atlanta. This video was filmed by an 18 year old by the name of  Zak Kerbelis. This guy is very talented and I can't wait to watch more of his stuff. Be sure to check out his Vimeo page as he has a bunch of other great videos.
